Curriculum in Action CPD Day: West London (Autumn 26/27)
Join us for a visit to West London Free School Primary and Earl’s Court Free School Primary, the founding schools of the Primary Knowledge Curriculum (PKC). This is a unique opportunity to see the curriculum in action in the schools where it was first developed and refined.
Known for their high expectations, strong culture and inclusive ethos, these schools have shown how a carefully sequenced, knowledge-rich curriculum can help all children succeed, regardless of background.
Both schools are performing amongst the top 1% of primary schools nationally, demonstrating the impact of high expectations, a knowledge-rich curriculum and a relentless focus on ensuring every child succeeds. West London Free School Primary was also selected as an English Hub in recognition of its strong practice in phonics and early reading, supporting schools across the region to improve outcomes for pupils.
During the visit, you will see ambitious teaching, engaged pupils and calm, purposeful classrooms, as well as learn from schools that have achieved exceptional outcomes while maintaining a relentless focus on inclusion and excellence for all.
