We have worked with the PKC curriculum for a number of years and the staff confidence in each subject has been elevated.  The level of “buy in” has been significant – children enjoy the curriculum (I have never seen children jumping up and down with excitement in pupil interviews before!) and can apply their knowledge well.  Recently, HMI inspected our school and performed deep dives in History and Art – both of which are taught using the PKC curriculum.  The inspectors were significantly impressed with the curriculum, its intent and implementation, and the enthusiasm in which the curriculum was described by the children to the inspectors.
