Curriculum in Action CPD Day: Spring Term 25/26
Do you want to see the Primary Knowledge Curriculum in action? Join us for a day in school where you will undertake curriculum CPD, participate in lesson observations, complete book-looks and talk to our pupils about their fascinating curriculum.
The day will focus on curriculum enactment and is aimed at teachers and leaders with responsibility for curriculum, including deputy and head teachers.
Throughout the day we will explore questions such as:
-
- How is a knowledge-rich lesson structured?
-
- How do children use and apply their prior knowledge in lessons?
-
- How is vocabulary explicitly taught across the school?
-
- How are all children supported to achieve?
-
- What do children say about their learning?
-
- How can a carefully sequenced CPD schedule improve teaching and learning across a school?
The day will be held at the West London and Earl’s Court Free School Primaries, Banim Street, Hammersmith, W6 0LB, on the 14th January.
