Writing in History (On Demand)

This workshop will cover how we can introduce our pupils to the subject of history through building a solid foundation of disciplinary knowledge. We will look at how and why enquiry questions are important to historians and how we can support our children to begin to construct written arguments.

We will provide strategies we can use to support children with writing narratives, providing case studies showing teaching sequences and outcomes from primary schools we work with.
